Good value for money room with bathroom as well as a couch, and safe too for guests' safety. With an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

A modern hotel with efficient staff at the reception desk and a central location close to all city center amenities.

Truly enjoyed our rooms with a view. The breakfast on a special rate. The hotel had a central location in comparison to outside restaurants. What's more, it was close to CBD cafes and shops as well as conference centre.

The location of the hotel was magnificent, close to the city centre. Moreover, it's next to Te Pa Pa Museum and shops and restaurant.

really nice bed in the double room, plus heavy curtains and a safe box. very good functional bathroom. handy and perfect location, a couple of blocks away from waitangi park.

The staff here were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were a nice size and had everything we needed like a double bed and a bath.

Amazing location very close to Te Papa a real bonus, and Courtney Place restaurants, and well-appointed and neat room. Also, on the sea front etc.

The rooms were recently refurbished & compact with a view. Had great facilities, such as central heating, a private safe and flat-screen TV.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great customer service. The hotel was conveniently located close to the supermarket, restaurants, and bars, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the off-street parking was convenient for those with vehicles.

The room could have been better insulated as the cold air coming in through the windows was quite uncomfortable. Another issue was the lack of variety and quality in the food provided, particularly with the breakfast options.

Great location, with a supermarket nearby and walking distance to Te Papa museum and the harborfront. The room was clean and comfortable, which made our Christmas stay enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of dietary needs in their menu, which was appreciated.

The room temperature was initially cold, and we had to start the heater ourselves. The furniture and the smell in the room gave it an aging feel, and the desk lamp didn't work properly.

Functional nice basic hotel with AMAZING views over the Bay. Decent sized units and very welcoming staff on the reception desk. Marvellous and lovely location including a bus stop walk from the place. Fabulous restaurant not too far from the venue.
